Professional Monitor & Studio Calibration

iDetic provides professional monitor and studio display calibration for content creators and teams who need to understand and control their image. On-site service is available throughout South Africa, with travel quoted separately.

Start with your workflow

A professional calibration begins with the intended use of the display. Tell us about your editing, grading or review workflow, the make and model of each monitor, and the targets or delivery requirements you work to. We will confirm what can be measured and adjusted before agreeing the scope.

Measurement and documented results

We assess the display and available controls, review the basic setup, and use measurement equipment to guide adjustments. SDR and HDR requirements are discussed for your particular system. Before-and-after reports document the results; a display's capabilities determine what it can achieve.

Equipment and experience

Charl uses a Klein K10A colorimeter, X-Rite i1 Pro spectrophotometer, Murideo Six G pattern generator and Calman software. His qualifications include THX/HAA, ICA and PVA. Professional work is scoped individually according to the displays, signal path and requirements.
