TV Calibration in South Africa

Get more from your television with on-site, measurement-based calibration by iDetic. We serve clients throughout South Africa, with residential TV calibration starting at R6,000 excluding VAT and travel.

Your screen, your room

Calibration assesses your TV in its actual viewing environment. We review basic setup settings and measure colour, greyscale and tonal response, then make adjustments using the controls your display provides. Tell us your make and model so we can confirm the scope before quoting.

What is included?

A typical visit takes around four hours and includes a basic setup review and correction, SDR calibration, HDR calibration, and before-and-after reports. The reports document the results for your display. Achievable results depend on its capabilities and available controls.

Is factory calibration enough?

A factory preset is a starting point. An on-site assessment checks your individual screen and setup. Calibration cannot overcome hardware limitations, and we will discuss suitability before you book.
